Roslyn Stephens (Ros)
Ros is an educational practitioner with over 30 years experience and expertise at both primary and secondary levels in curriculum development, assessment, pedagogy and school review. She has been involved in establishing three new schools, each based on sound research with regard to excellent practice. Her curriculum work has encompassed the New Zealand Curriculum, the Queensland New Basic Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate.
Ros’s role in establishing the new schools included developing school self review processes, setting and evaluating key performance indicators and establishing systems to gather and review data to evaluate teaching and learning practices. She uses this experience, with a strong focus on school reform, to provide invaluable assistance as an education consultant in the Middle East.
